PHOTO PREP SESSION

Applies only to properties that have received a home staging consultation from HHS&D. One-hour live video-conferencing walk-through of your home following the home staging consultation and before the photos and listing. Once you have had a chance to implement most of the HHS&D recommendations, we will remotely visit your home again to answer any questions that you may have, review the work completed, outline the next steps, and ensure that you are on the right track! (Usually scheduled within the week before listing.)

Fee Structure:

Online (Remote) Photo Session $175 for up to 1 hour.

HHS&D Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours is required to cancel an appointment with an HHS & ID team member. If less than 24 hours are provided, you will be billed 50% of the total appointment fee unless the time can be re-booked for another client.

Payment up to 1 hours / Paid upfront / Rate following consultation $75/hour. Accepted Payment Methods: PayPal or major credit cards.
